This is the most fun track I have done in Auckland so far! It reminded me of running through our primary school gully, dodging mud and jumping across streams. While it does not have the West coast views of other tracks, there's plently of #nature and sooooo many stream crossings! The Mokoroa Stream section of the loop isn't marked very well in some places which adds to the adventure!
I advise taking sturdy shoes as there is a lot of mud on the Mokoroa Stream section, and some of the rocks in the stream are quite slipperly. As previously mentioned, the stream section is not marked very well, but it you keep heading along beside or in the stream, you'll find it extremely hard to get lost!
The track starts on Constable road, and there's plently of parking. It doesn't matter whether you head down Mokoroa Stream Track or Goldie Bush Walkway first. Either way, just follow the loop around!
